Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy for Yoga Retreat Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat cost is required upon booking to secure your place. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance will be paid in two additional instalments. Payment dates for these instalments will be provided via email upon booking confirmation. Payment Terms: All payments must be made by the specified due dates to retain your reservation. Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as we can. However, due to the nature of our retreat and the need to secure accommodations and services in advance, the following cancellation policy applies: Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable unless the canceled spot is filled by another participant. We encourage early communication if you need to cancel, to increase the chances of your spot being filled. Refunds: Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the start of the retreat. Cancellation within 90 Days: Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date will be non-refundable, as it becomes difficult to fill the space and cover costs at this stage.
